There was a girl. She liked cute things, girly things, stationery things. Pretty pens and stickers, and soon she discovered washi tape. She fell in love! She started picking out her favorites and selling them on Etsy (a little shop called Paper Haberdashery).
But what she really wanted to do was MAKE HER OWN!!! Now lest she divulge her age, lets just say back in the 90s, she used to play The Sims. Remember that game? What she liked more than playing The Sims was decorating their houses! Soon she realized that she could create her own wallpaper and floor tiles on her computer! She spent hours playing around in Paintshop and concocting her own Sims interior design!
Fast forward to 2014. She decided to give digital scrapbooking a try, so she gave it a whirl. She put together some pretty pages, but she just wasn't into the whole taking tons of pictures and memorializing them. She wanted to, but she just wasn't. Well, it was fun playing around in Paintshop again though.
Jump ahead to the beginning of 2016. This girl's little Etsy shop is doing well but she still really wants to sell her own stickers, but she's going back to school soon and there is just no money in the budget for a Silhouette cutting machine. But wait a second! There are people who like to print and cut their own! Yahoo!
So she jumps on her computer and decides to break out the big guns. Yes sirree, she starts learning Adobe Illustrator. Oooh, this is even more fun than Paintshop!
Now the big decision. Should she try selling printables in her up and running shop along with her washi tape and sequins? That might confuse customers though... So she puts her big girl panties on and decides she needs to start a new store. And thus DigiDashery is born!
